Develop and maintain project schedules, dashboards, and reports using tools like Primavera/MS Project and Power BI/Tableau; oversee vendor performance tracking and procurement support.
Implement digital solutions including 5D BIM integrations, drone/LiDAR data workflows, IoT geo-fencing tracking, and GenAI-assisted reporting to enhance project monitoring and stakeholder communications.
Work Experience Required: 2-5 years in construction, metals/mining, and PMO on Capex projects; overall 4-7 years preferred.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) and MBA preferred; M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred.
Technical Skills: Hands-on with Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau/Excel, BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro).
