Develop, maintain, and govern Digital & Technology Written Standards and the enterprise Technology Control Framework aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements (SOx, GxP, cybersecurity, privacy).
Translate complex regulatory and compliance obligations into actionable, scalable technology standards and risk-based control requirements across IT and OT environments.
Drive simplification and continuous improvement of standards and controls, ensuring adoption through integration into the Digital & Technology Management System (DTMS) and alignment with GRC tooling and enterprise risk processes.
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Technology, Risk Management, Engineering, Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of significant experience developing and governing technology standards and control frameworks, including translating regulatory requirements into operational standards.
Expertise in designing IT control frameworks (SOx, GxP, cybersecurity, privacy) and managing lifecycle within large organizations.
Experience working with GRC tooling and master control frameworks.
Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SOx, GxP, GDPR, cybersecurity, AI & ESG regulations) and ability to distill complex compliance into practical standards.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with architects, engineers, risk, audit, and compliance teams to align and adopt standards and controls.
Experience leading global or highly regulated environment initiatives focused on simplifying and harmonising control frameworks within Digital & Technology organizations.
