Lead development and management of AI-enabled data analytics tools and dashboards to support clinical trial execution as per protocol and regulatory requirements.
Provide subject matter expertise in AI/ML use cases, vendor oversight for AI-enabled projects, and innovation adoption such as automation and new software technologies.
Manage coordination and delivery of data programming activities, issue resolution, and contribute to process improvements and compliance responses including audits and CAPAs.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer or Data Science.
Hands-on experience with data analytics and visualization tools including Python and data visualization software (e.g., Domino, Databricks, Spotfire).
Proven ability in collecting and documenting analytics requirements from multiple organizational levels.
Experience with AI-enabled analytics, effective communication and influencing skills, and negotiation experience on high-risk business issues.
Experienced in applying AI/ML solutions within clinical or regulated data analytics environments with strong technical and project coordination skills.
Demonstrates ability to manage multiple technical tasks and vendor relationships in matrixed organizational settings.
Comfortable making decisions on programming implementations for low risk work and proposing solutions for higher risk activities to influence positive operational outcomes.
