Support the Ethics and Compliance (E&C) function by developing and operating data analytics, monitoring, and AI strategies to detect and prevent compliance risks.
Design, build, deploy, and improve AI agents and automation tools (including Copilot Studio) to assist employees with compliance topics and automate recurring E&C tasks.
Build and analyze Power BI dashboards and reports to identify risk trends, monitor program performance, and maintain E&C KPIs and reporting automation.
Minimum 10 years of experience in data analytics, monitoring, AI/automation, and digital solution delivery, preferably in a multinational corporation.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Copilot Studio.
Experience with data visualization and enterprise data sources (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Snowflake) preferred; Ethics and Compliance domain knowledge is advantageous.
Experienced in translating business and compliance requirements into scalable technical solutions end-to-end without heavy reliance on oversight.
Strong analytical and communication skills enabling explanation of complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a multicultural, matrixed environment.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and collaborate with diverse, international compliance and IT teams.
