Own maintenance, validation, and governance of accounting data related to customers, vendors, materials, and finance ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance.
Coordinate timely and accurate recording of financial transactions (e.g., ledger entries, journal postings, fixed asset postings) in line with policies and procedures.
Analyze recorded transactions, perform reconciliations, and support period close activities (monthly, quarterly, year-end) while liaising with internal teams and senior partners as needed.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
Recognized professional accounting qualification preferred (e.g., MIA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
3 to 5 years of experience in general and/or financial accounting.
English language competency and availability to work all time zones/shifts including US shift (3pm to 12am).
Experience supporting complex or larger entities with good understanding of business nature and general ledger/group reporting.
Highly familiar with multiple finance systems and able to coordinate across geographically dispersed teams and time zones.
Strong stakeholder management skills, able to build relationships with site managers and internal/external partners for effective balance sheet and P&L activities.
