Manage and execute HR operational requests through a shared ticketing system, including Workday transactions such as job requisition approvals, new hires, job changes, and terminations.

Experienced in multi-country HR operational processes supporting employee lifecycle transactions and compliance.
Detail oriented with ability to identify and rectify process gaps, maintain data accuracy, and improve workflows continuously.
Able to coordinate across multiple teams and geography (Asia and US) with good communication skills and readiness to meet tough timelines.
