Support day-to-day shipment processing activities including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading/unloading shipments across various locations such as Service Centres, Hubs, Warehouses and Processing Units.
Ensure operational productivity, shipment accuracy, safety compliance and maintain adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service quality standards.
Assist Shift In-charges in meeting daily operational targets and handle operational documentation and data entry related to shipments.
Minimum 10th Standard Pass education; higher qualifications advantageous but not mandatory.
Experience: Freshers or up to 2 years in logistics, warehousing, courier, manufacturing, retail operations or similar environments.
Minimum age 18 years and physically fit to perform continuous standing, walking, lifting during shifts.
Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays; basic computer and handheld scanner/mobile application usage skills.
Comfortable working in fast-paced logistics or operational environments requiring physical activity and discipline.
Able to follow structured Standard Operating Procedures with attention to detail in shipment handling and documentation.
Collaborative mindset supporting team goals and operational efficiency under supervision, suitable for frontline operational roles in logistics.
