Support daily operational activities at Service Centres, Hubs, Warehouses, and Processing Units including shipment receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading, unloading, and reconciliation.
Ensure shipment accuracy, timely movement through operational stages, and adherence to safety and quality standards to meet service commitments.
Assist Shift In-charges in achieving daily operational targets and support peak volume and contingency operations.
Minimum education: 10th Standard Pass (higher educational qualifications are an advantage).
Experience: Freshers or up to 2 years in logistics, warehousing, courier, manufacturing, retail operations or similar environments.
Minimum age 18 years; physically fit for active operational tasks involving standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.
Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays; basic English reading and basic computer/mobile scanner usage skills required.
Candidate comfortable with physically active operational roles involving shipment handling and movement.
Capable of working under supervision with attention to detail and adhering strictly to SOPs, safety, and operational discipline.
Open to shift work and collaborative teamwork in a structured logistics environment aiming to meet strict productivity and quality KPIs.
