Define and lead the test strategy, architecture, and roadmap for CIS enterprise-scale distributed systems, focusing on quality engineering, test automation, performance, and resilience.
Own and govern testing activities including functional, integration, API, database, UAT, load, stress, endurance, scalability, performance, and resilience testing.
Collaborate across teams for production incident analysis, root-cause investigations, and mentor test engineers to improve quality and engineering practices.
8–15 years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, test architecture, or performance engineering.
2–5 years of hands-on experience with CIS Solutions (mandatory).

Strong communication skills in English.
