Manage employee data processes within Workday HCM including Mass Load processing (EIB) ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Has hands-on experience with Workday HCM modules or Mass Load processing (EIB).
Capable of independently conducting testing of system updates and configurations with attention to detail.
Able to analyze data quality issues and recommend improvements contributing to enterprise-level HR projects.
