Provide functional support and root-cause analysis for Workday Financials including month-end close, reporting, consolidation, and currency revaluation.
Lead system enhancements by evaluating requirements, supporting testing, deployment, and compliance with controls and audit requirements.

Experience with month-end close, reporting processes, and financial system testing and releases.
Work Shift Timings: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST.
Strong expertise in Workday Financials or similar ERP platforms combined with knowledge of accounting controls and workflows.
Experienced in collaborating across finance, accounting, and technology stakeholders with a focus on system improvements and automation.
Proficient in advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Agile delivery, and familiar with AI tools for analytics and process improvement.
