Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics-ready data products on the ZAIDYN platform using ETL and cloud tools.
Own project delivery phases from design through deployment, translating business needs into technical data solutions and KPIs.
Collaborate with global teams and mentor juniors to ensure quality, documentation, and smooth, on-time delivery of Agentic AI–ready data products.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related discipline.
1–2 years of experience in ETL development and medium-to-large scale technology solution delivery, preferably in Pharma or Life Sciences.
Proficient in SQL and Python scripting, with solid understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ETL/big-data tools such as Hadoop, Spark/PySpark, Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.
Experience working on client-facing, collaborative global projects with a client-first delivery mindset.
Strong capability in end-to-end data engineering including design, testing, deployment, and operational support.
Comfortable with agile practices, version control, code reviews, and mentoring junior staff in a technology-driven consulting environment.
