Own and lead the Business Intelligence and MIS function for the Quality Assurance department, including managing the MIS team.
Develop, maintain, and ensure timely circulation of reports, dashboards, and KPI monitoring systems across Quality Assurance and related teams.
Drive digital transformation, reporting automation, process improvements, and coordinate cross-functional projects including CAPA implementation and budget tracking.
5–8 years of experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, or Manufacturing Analytics with team leadership experience.
Proficient in dashboard development, reporting automation, and familiar with ERP systems such as Oracle, POSS, SAP, or similar.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI; familiarity with Tableau or similar BI tools is advantageous.
Work Experience Required: 5–8 years, specifically in MIS, BI, or related analytics roles with quality assurance or manufacturing exposure.
Experienced leader with a background managing MIS or analytics teams within Quality Assurance or manufacturing environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to proactively identify risks and drive corrective actions.
Skilled in cross-functional coordination, project management, and digital tools implementation for quality and operational reporting automation.
