Research, maintain, and resolve payroll tax code maintenance activities including QTD and YTD reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field, or 1–2 years equivalent work experience in payroll tax, accounting, finance, or customer service operations.
Demonstrated experience in payroll tax reconciliations and analysis.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Salesforce, MasterTax, and payroll tax platforms.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years relevant experience.
Experienced in payroll tax operations including tax code maintenance and reconciliations with a strong eye for accuracy and compliance.
Capable of handling client-facing responsibilities and negotiating with external payroll tax agencies for issue resolution.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with proficiency in multiple payroll tax software tools and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
