Manage and support enterprise branch network infrastructure operations at L2 level across multiple locations ensuring high availability and SLA compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues, execute network changes, and coordinate with ISPs and internal teams on WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, and leased line connectivity.
Maintain network documentation, perform root cause analysis for incidents, support vulnerability remediation, audits, compliance reviews, and participate in DR drills.
4–8 years of experience in enterprise network operations, specifically Routing & Switching.
BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication, or equivalent; Diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered.
Hands-on expertise with Cisco or Aruba switching platforms and strong skills in VLAN, STP, routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), WAN, MPLS, VPN connectivity.
Experience with ITIL processes, enterprise audit and compliance, and network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or ManageEngine.
Experienced in incident, change, and problem management with ability to manage critical incidents independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Strong technical skillset in enterprise branch network infrastructure including configuration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance with focus on SLA compliance.
Familiar with network security hardening, audit compliance, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including L1, L3, security, server, and applications teams.
