Manage reconciliation and processing of Corporate Action events including communications, notifications, and postings.
Review and ensure accurate processing of all Corporate Action/Proxy events, including proactive reconciliation of instructions versus eligible holders and execution of client votes.
Research and resolve discrepancies, update processes and procedures, participate in system testing and enhancements, and escalate issues to management.
0-2 years relevant experience in asset servicing or related operations.
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of multiple investment instruments such as Equity securities, Fixed Income, and Asset Backed securities.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word; Access is desirable.
Experience handling Corporate Action or Proxy event processing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and recommend improvements to processes and systems.
Able to work within a team environment supporting operational risk and compliance considerations in financial services.
