Own end-to-end quality assurance for assigned user stories and small product features including requirement review, test design, execution, and release validation.
Design, maintain, and execute manual and Playwright automated tests covering UI, API, database, regression, and integration scenarios.
Use AI-assisted testing tools responsibly to support test design, automation, defect analysis, and provide evidence-based release readiness recommendations.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
1–3 years of software quality assurance or quality engineering experience.
Hands-on experience with Playwright or similar web automation frameworks and proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
Practical exposure to API and database testing, Agile/Scrum workflows, CI/CD integration, and AI-assisted testing tools.
Experienced in Agile delivery environments, skilled at identifying quality risks early and maintaining automation with maintainable practices like reusable functions and page object patterns.
Comfortable distinguishing between application defects and automation or environment failures, with strong collaboration skills to work closely with product owners and developers.
Demonstrates ownership by mentoring junior QA engineers and proactively communicating testing risks, scope changes, and dependencies.
