Plan, develop, and execute test cases and test suites for embedded Linux, platform software, and multi-architecture system environments including kernel, BSP, system, integration, regression, and platform validation testing.
Troubleshoot system issues, document defects, and collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to support issue resolution and meet project quality and schedule goals.
Support verification, validation, certification activities, maintain quality documentation and test artifacts for compliance and audit readiness where applicable.
8+ years of experience in embedded software testing, Linux system testing, BSP testing, kernel testing, platform validation, integration testing, or system-level software quality engineering.
Strong programming and OS knowledge including Linux, C/C++, scripting, debugging, test automation, embedded tools, and hardware/software integration.
Experience documenting test cases, defects, test results, technical findings, validation evidence, and quality artifacts.
Work Experience Required: 8+ years
Experienced in mission-critical embedded software testing environments such as aerospace, defense, automotive, telecom, industrial, medical, or intelligent-edge sectors.
Familiarity with verification and validation processes, compliance standards like DO-178C, safety certification, and quality assurance documentation.
Collaborative operator adept at coordinating with engineering, product, DevOps, certification, and delivery teams to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
