Own the design, configuration, and development of Digital Configuration Management (DCM) software applications based on Rule stream, Teamcenter, and SAP.
Lead technical solutions for business processes from Inquiry to Order (ITO) through Order to Requisition (OTR) focusing on valve products, ensuring alignment with IT standards and delivery methodologies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors/suppliers, oversee user acceptance testing, and support post-go-live operations for DCM rollout and ongoing support.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, IT, or Computer Science.
At least 15 years of experience in design, architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise-level Rulestream (Teamcenter & SAP) production implementations.
Strong knowledge of integrating Rulestream with PLM, CAD systems (e.g., Creo, NX, SolidWorks), ERP (SAP, Oracle), and CRM systems.
Experience with Inquiry to Order (ITO) and Order-to-Requisition (OTR) business processes; exposure to Agile/SCRUM implementation methodology.
Expertise in managing complex ‘brown field’ Rulestream/Teamcenter implementations including data migration and cutover activities.
Strong understanding of manufacturing order strategies (ETO, CTO, ATO, MTO, MTS) and interface between Sales and Production.
Ability to collaborate across matrix organizations and lead cross-functional teams; willingness to travel globally.
