Lead and manage the establishment of Oaktree’s Procurement Operations Center of Excellence in Hyderabad, including training and supervising a team to support procurement tasks.
Own the end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) transactional process including managing ServiceNow intake queue, purchase order validation, and three-way match resolution.
Maintain and reconcile the firm’s asset register and provide procurement analytics and reporting to support operational controls and decision-making.
5-8 years of relevant procurement experience in financial services or a regulated industry, including hands-on P2P and three-way match execution.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience with ERP-based Purchase Orders (e.g., Workday) and ticket-based intake systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
Experience with asset management for 2-5 years.
Experienced in managing procurement operations in a global, federated environment and comfortable with transactional execution and process control.
Strong operational focus with ability to maintain data quality, enforce SLAs, and analyze procurement and asset data to drive improvements.
Proven ability to lead and develop a team, coordinate across global stakeholders, and support procurement category strategies through operational excellence.
