Lead and coordinate in-country fleet management and supplier activities across the APAC region as part of the GBS STP TEMF organization.
Serve as primary contact for fleet and mobility support, driving process optimization, cost control, compliance, and innovation initiatives, including sustainability and electrification programs.
Manage fleet KPIs, supplier performance, contracts, financial reconciliations and support governance processes with multiple regional stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
7-10 years experience in Fleet Management, Mobility Management, Operations, Program Management, or related functions.
3-5 years experience in people leadership or coordinating small regional teams.
Experience managing suppliers, contracts, budgets, costs, invoices and financial reporting.
Experienced in managing complex multi-country stakeholder environments in APAC within a matrixed organizational structure.
Proficient in strategic and operational fleet management including supplier and financial governance in a global/regional business services context.
Skilled at driving continuous improvements, fleet transformation initiatives, and compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
