Senior-level operational expert comfortable working across multiple countries and stakeholders including procurement, IBM, global process teams, and digital teams.
Strong analytical mindset with a track record of driving and sustaining operational improvements through data-driven decision making.
Experience managing complex escalations and leading tactical initiatives such as Catalogue adoption, Tail Spend Management, and operational governance.
