Plan and execute integration activities for customer projects in Ericsson Cloud Solutions including configuration, upgrades, migrations, and expansions of network infrastructure.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues in Network Functions Virtualization Infrastructure (NFVI) and Cloud Network Infrastructure Solutions (CNIS), ensuring timely resolution especially for critical or priority cases.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B Tech) or equivalent from recognized institutions.
Minimum 6+ years of professional experience.
Must have hands-on experience working with Ericsson Cloud Solutions including CEE(OpenStack), CCD(Kubernetes), SDI, SDN, and Software Defined Storage.
Strong integration and troubleshooting skills specifically in NFVI and CNIS areas with ability to perform tracing and complex log analysis.
Experienced in handling end-to-end integration and technical delivery of cloud network projects in a customer-facing role with responsibility for meeting project timelines and financial goals.
Technically strong with demonstrated ability to manage complex, technical customer issues and interface effectively with stakeholders.
Familiarity with cloud core applications/environment and previous involvement in pre-sales technical support and identifying add-on sales opportunities.
