Experienced in embedding-based retrieval, vector search, query understanding (qNLU), or large language models (LLMs) applied to search/recommendation systems.
Proven ability to manage system latency improvements, scalability enhancements, and navigate cross-functional stakeholder priorities.
Comfortable driving technical strategy and fostering high-performing engineering culture with a focus on data-driven improvement and model evaluation.
