Own and ensure on-time delivery of materials from suppliers and sub-tier suppliers supporting NPI builds and manufacturing schedules.
Coordinate material transfers and movements using SAP to meet operational commitments and resolve material shortages or delays.
Provide regular material status updates, risk assessments, and recovery plans to cross-functional program teams and stakeholders to support build readiness and operational excellence.
Associate’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, or related field (Bachelor’s degree also accepted).
Minimum 3 years of experience in material delivery management in a fast-paced, high complexity, low volume environment.
Experience with material tracking and transactions, preferably using SAP or similar systems.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in material delivery management; other requirements as above.
Experienced in new product introduction (NPI) or prototype-to-production transitions within supply chain or manufacturing environments.
Familiar with project management fundamentals including schedules, milestones, and risk/recovery planning; cross-functional collaboration experience with engineering, planning, procurement, and logistics teams.
Capable of managing multiple material shortages or delays under pressure and providing clear, timely communication and status updates to diverse stakeholders.
