Support end-to-end delivery and coordination of multiple operational projects within a program from intake to closure.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in quality or program management.
Mandatory certifications: PMP and Six Sigma Greenbelt; Six Sigma Black Belt certification is desirable.
Knowledge of ISO 9000 quality systems and ISO 9001:2015 certification required.
Experienced in continuous improvement initiatives using lean tools and quality management standards.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to facilitate meetings, conduct follow-ups, and deliver clear documentation.
Analytical mindset with capability to track data, measure program KPIs, and drive business results aligned with project outcomes.
