Own the delivery and maturity of business models and technical solutions for IT Technology Change Management within the Change Risk Assessable Unit (RAU) tiger team.
Serve as the key liaison for risk and regulatory inquiries related to technology change management, ensuring compliance with standards, controls, and frameworks (e.g., COBIT, FFIEC, ITIL).
Lead stakeholder meetings to facilitate decision making, manage demand prioritization, and provide expert consulting on change management practices aligned with enterprise and regulatory requirements.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing or equivalent.
Must have experience related to technology change management or equivalent ITSM experience.

Experienced in designing, testing, and executing controls with ability to perform front-line control evaluations and audits within complex financial services environments.
Skilled at synthesizing complex data into clear executive communications and leading teams across organizational levels to meet deliverables.
Knowledgeable in industry frameworks such as COBIT2019, FFIEC, and ITIL, with openness to adopting emerging technologies like AI/ML for change management automation.
