Ability to work hybrid and flexible shifts (including 16x7 shifts and outside regular business hours) in a multi-cloud and distributed environment.
Experience with one or more cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, PCF) and logging/monitoring tools required.
Experienced in leading cross-team initiatives and mentoring less experienced engineers with strong technical leadership in automation and SRE practices.
Proven ability to architect complex, large-scale automation and integration solutions with advanced knowledge of data modeling, event detection, and CI/CD pipelines.
Comfortable operating at a strategic-technical interface, advising leadership, influencing enterprise-wide automation strategy, and executing in environments requiring continuous improvement and innovation.
