Manage end-to-end contract and procurement processes including drafting EOIs, RFPs, bid documents, contracting, and contract management for government and large IT transformation projects.
Ensure compliance with Government of India norms, World Bank procurement guidelines, and internal policies, maintaining audit-ready documentation.

Comfortable working on-site at client location in Delhi, handling multiple procurements under tight deadlines with knowledge of government e-procurement portals and financial rules.
