Experienced in high transactional, dynamic computing environments requiring application tuning, performance measurement, and reliability assurance.
Capable of independently troubleshooting critical production issues using tools like Samurai, Thread Dump Analyzer (TDA), and Memory Analyzer Tool (MAT).
Comfortable working in Agile teams with cross-functional collaboration and able to operate with limited supervision while guiding junior analysts.
