Education: MBA or B.Com; flexible to work EMEA (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST) and NA shifts (including 8 PM IST logins).
Experienced in managing equities and fixed income settlement operations within capital markets or securities finance environment.
Capable of cross-geography collaboration with offshore and onshore teams to drive process efficiency and timely issue resolution.
Strong communicator comfortable with data-driven decision support and client interaction under dynamic shift schedules.
