Minimum 10 years of experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Experience managing Carrying & Forwarding Agents (CFAs), third-party logistics partners, and warehouse service providers.
Strong knowledge of Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), financial compliance, and working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably CERPS.
Experienced leader skilled in large-scale, multi-location warehousing and distribution network management with focus on operational excellence and compliance.
Proficient in driving digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain operations.
Able to engage cross-functional stakeholders effectively and manage audits, training, quality culture, and risk assessment in regulated environments.
