Develop and deliver training programs to enhance skills in Medical Information Management Systems, Drug Safety Systems, and Quality Management Systems for contact center employees.
Monitor and evaluate quality assurance in customer service, inquiry handling, adverse event and product complaint reporting to ensure compliance with standards and client requirements.

Technology proficiency in Medical Information Management Systems, Safety Databases, telephony systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience operating within Medical Information or pharmaceutical Contact Center environments with direct involvement in training and quality assurance.
Ability to manage and deliver client-specific training programs aligning operational processes to system requirements.
Proven track record in monitoring quality metrics, coaching staff, and driving continuous process and performance improvements.
