Software Engineer III (WMS & Supply Chain)

Own end-to-end technical delivery for scalable warehouse management and fulfillment systems including design, configuration, and production reliability in Fanatics' global fulfillment network.

Lead software solutions across multiple supply chain workstreams to optimize fulfillment flows, inventory management, and warehouse automation integration.

Drive system resilience and performance improvements using event-driven architectures, microservices, and apply AI-enabled insights to enhance warehouse execution.

3–6 years of software development experience focused on supply chain, fulfillment, or warehouse execution systems with ownership of complex technical projects.

3–6 years of hands-on experience with Tier 1 WMS platforms such as Manhattan Active, including system configuration and integration in production.

Proficiency in advanced programming languages (Java, C#, GoLang, C++) with experience building scalable RESTful APIs and strong database skills (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server).

Work location: Hyderabad, India with required in-office presence 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) as per current hybrid work policy.

Experienced individual contributor with strong expertise in Tier 1 WMS platforms and supply chain software within a high-scale e-commerce or fulfillment environment.

Operationally focused, capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams and collaborating cross-functionally to solve complex warehouse execution problems.

Skilled in modern software architecture including event-driven design, microservices, and cloud/container platforms with a bias toward quality and delivery discipline in Agile settings.
