Lead data science efforts to accelerate data-driven process understanding and problem solving within Global Supply Chain, impacting product lifecycle management activities such as regulatory submissions and quality assessments.
Develop, validate, and maintain complex quantitative models to support strategic decision making and business performance improvements across multiple global sites and functions.
Manage and upskill a data science team, influence global data science standards, and communicate insights effectively to executives, product owners, and regulators.
Masters or PhD in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
10-16 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical MSAT applying data science/programming, preferably within pharmaceutical industry and multicultural teams.
Strong programming skills in at least one scientific programming language (e.g., Python, R, GitHub).
Fluent English verbal and written communication; knowledge of relevant pharmaceutical regulations and experience interacting with health authorities (FDA, EMA, etc.).
Experienced collaborator in global, multidisciplinary pharmaceutical manufacturing environments, able to lead complex data science projects.
Demonstrated ability to influence policies and standardize data science methodologies across functions and regions.
Strong communication skills capable of simplifying complex data insights for diverse stakeholders including executives and regulatory bodies.
