Own and develop the real-time voice stack end to end, including telephony/WebRTC integration, streaming speech-to-text and text-to-speech, and managing latency and reliability for live calls.
Design, build, and operate the call-data pipeline and analytics platform that converts call transcripts into actionable insights, including dashboards and conversation intelligence features.
Develop new product features in React and React Native focused on AI chat UI and business automation workflows, and optimize AI-native systems for performance, latency, and cost.
Senior-level backend engineering experience, typically 5+ years, with production system ownership.
Hands-on experience with real-time voice or streaming systems such as SIP/Twilio, WebRTC, streaming STT/TTS, or equivalent real-time infrastructure.
Proficiency in a typed backend language, TypeScript preferred, plus experience with LLM-powered AI features and AI architectures.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (including IAC like terraform), CI/CD systems, and data engineering fundamentals such as event pipelines and data warehousing.
Strong expertise operating and optimizing demanding real-time AI and voice systems end to end in production environments.
Comfortable working across full stack including backend services, data pipelines, and frontend AI chat UI development with strong product focus.
Experience working in small, senior teams owning entire stacks, with ability to mentor others and collaborate cross-functionally with product and domain experts.
