Own end-to-end delivery of focused tech initiatives across web applications, APIs, and internal platforms from sprint kickoff to production release.
Run full Agile delivery rhythm: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog management with clear ownership.
Identify risks early, escalate blockers, track delivery metrics, and provide clear technical and stakeholder communication.
3–4 years experience owning or co-owning tech delivery in fast-paced environments.
