Experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents, chatbots, and automation assistants.
Familiarity integrating AI solutions with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management and using Microsoft 365/Teams for workflow automation.
Comfortable working in managed services or enterprise IT environments with scripting skills (Python, JavaScript) and cloud platform deployment (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) as advantages.
