Experience working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and deploying solutions in enterprise or production environments.
Experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents, chatbots, and automation assistants.
Familiarity integrating AI solutions with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management and using Microsoft 365/Teams for workflow automation.
Comfortable working in managed services or enterprise IT environments with scripting skills (Python, JavaScript) and cloud platform deployment (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) as advantages.
