Lead end-to-end risk oversight for Digital & Technology (D&T) risks at enterprise, functional, and operational levels, aligned with Haleon’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
Manage third-party cyber risk processes including supplier risk assessments, monitoring, and remediation to reduce supplier-related risks.
Develop and maintain risk governance, automated analytics, reporting, and approval frameworks to drive proactive, data-driven risk management and enhance resilience across D&T business units and functions.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Minimum 15 years of experience with proven track record in enterprise risk frameworks and integrated risk management practices.
Significant experience in third-party cyber risk management including risk assessments and remediation.
Experience with risk analytics, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), integrated reporting, and automation/digital enablement of risk processes using GRC platforms or similar tools.
Experienced leader capable of driving cultural change to embed risk management practices across an organization.
Deep expertise in third-party cyber risk and supplier risk management within large enterprises, preferably in technology domains.
Skilled in leveraging automation and digital tools for risk oversight and reporting to influence senior leadership and strategic decisions.
