Own post-sale account management for assigned enterprise cybersecurity clients in EMEA, ensuring high product adoption, customer satisfaction, and renewal success.
Act as a trusted security advisor, conducting QBRs/ABRs/EBRs, triaging platform-generated threat intelligence, performing configuration reviews, and delivering actionable insights to clients including CXO/CISO levels.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field. Relevant certifications (CEH, Security+, CISM) are optional but preferred.
Experienced in managing enterprise accounts including renewal and revenue growth (NRR/retention) in cybersecurity or regulated sectors like BFSI.
Skilled at engaging and influencing senior stakeholders (CXOs, CISOs) and familiar with procurement ecosystems and partner/distributor collaborations.
Consultative and analytical approach with capability to translate technical security findings into client-facing recommendations and drive adoption independently.
