Monitor and support Warner Bros. Discovery’s global platform infrastructure, ensuring reliable operation and quick incident resolution of systems including VDI, Windows, Linux, and DNS.
Act as Tier 2 escalation point for Tier 1 support, lead technical troubleshooting during outages, and maintain operational procedures and documentation.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members, assist in process improvements, and be available for on-call support during critical situations.

At least 2 years of Windows or Linux Administration experience; having both is an asset.
Minimum 1 year of virtualization experience; VMware Horizon experience desired.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experienced in handling Tier 2 operational infrastructure support and capable of leading incident resolution under pressure.
Familiarity with ITIL principles and comfortable working cross-functionally with global teams and multiple technology disciplines.
Skilled in implementing new processes, documentation, and training, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
