Co-develop scalable business solutions by partnering with Platform, xPOs, Tech, and business teams, ensuring solutions are practical, execution-ready, and aligned to evolving business needs.

Lead development and continuous improvement of global process standards, operating models, and solution frameworks to support standardization and scalability across regions.

Minimum 5 years of experience in business transformation, process excellence, consulting, operating model design, continuous improvement, or related fields, preferably in supply chain, logistics, customer experience, or operationally intensive domains.

Proven experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives involving platform deployment, process redesign, business standardization, automation, or technology-enabled operating model change.

Experience working across global or regional organizations with diverse stakeholder groups, complex operating environments, and matrix governance.

Work Experience Required: 5+ years

Strong ability in conceptual and structural thinking to translate complex operational environments into scalable business solutions.

Experience in transformation planning and execution readiness including design-to-deployment roadmaps, risk management, and organizational change adoption.

Skilled at stakeholder management and influencing across complex matrix organizations bridging Global Platform and Regional Operations perspectives.
