Coordinate and track pan-India logistics operations including vehicle placement, shipment movement, and delivery to meet SLAs.
Manage daily inbound vehicle placements, warehouse coordination, and E-commerce/Quick Commerce appointment-based deliveries.
Maintain logistics tracking metrics (Vehicle TAT, OTD, in-transit shipments, detention, freight costs) and escalate operational issues timely.
2-3 years experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or Fleet Operations.
Experience coordinating with transporters, 3PL vendors, or logistics partners.
Basic understanding of FTL, First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile logistics operations.
Work Experience Required: 2-3 years in relevant logistics roles.
Proven ability to manage multiple shipments, vehicles, and stakeholders simultaneously across India.
Experience with E-commerce and Quick Commerce logistics coordination is an advantage.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills demonstrated by managing vehicle placements, vendor interactions, and logistics tracking data.
