Support day-to-day shipment processing activities including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, loading, unloading, and shipment reconciliation to ensure operational productivity and service quality.
Maintain accurate operational documentation and perform data entry related to shipment processing and updates.
Adhere to safety, security, and Standard Operating Procedures while supporting operational targets and managing peak volume activities.

Work Experience Required: Freshers up to 2 years in logistics, warehousing, courier, manufacturing, retail operations, or similar environments.
Physically fit to handle operational duties involving standing, lifting, walking, and shifting shipments.
Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays; basic English reading and basic computer/mobile scanner usage skills.
Candidates with experience or aptitude for operational roles in logistics or warehousing will be preferred due to direct role relevance.
Ability to maintain operational discipline and safety compliance in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
Capable of working collaboratively within teams and supporting peak operations under supervision of shift in-charges.
