Support end-to-end shipment processing activities including receipt, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading/unloading to ensure timely and accurate shipment movement.
Maintain operational productivity, accuracy, safety and compliance with Blue Dart's SOPs within service centres, hubs, warehouses, and processing units.
Assist shift in-charges in achieving daily operational targets and adapt to peak volume or contingency operational requirements.
Minimum 10th standard pass educational qualification; higher education beneficial but not mandatory.
Experience: Freshers up to 2 years in logistics, warehousing, courier, manufacturing or retail operations preferably; freshers encouraged to apply.
Physical fitness required to perform operational activities including standing, walking, lifting and shipment handling for entire shift.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays; basic English reading skills and basic computer/mobile scanner usage required.
Comfortable with physically demanding operational roles involving high-volume shipment handling under time-bound service level agreements.
Operates well under supervision and supports shift leads in process adherence and meeting operational KPIs like scanning accuracy, productivity, and safety compliance.
Demonstrates operational discipline, attention to detail, safety consciousness, and ability to follow SOPs consistently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
