Work Experience Required: Freshers to 2 years in logistics, warehousing, courier, manufacturing, retail operations or similar environments.
Physically fit for operational activities involving standing, walking, lifting throughout shift; willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Basic computer skills and ability to operate barcode scanners; basic English reading skills for instructions and labels.
Experience or aptitude for operational roles involving shipment handling and logistics processes in fast-paced environments.
Demonstrates operational discipline, adherence to safety standards, and ability to work under supervision to meet KPIs such as processing accuracy and SLA adherence.
Comfortable with physical tasks and shift work, able to collaborate effectively within teams and support peak operations.
