Manage and execute daily shipment processing tasks including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading, unloading, and reconciliation to ensure operational productivity and accuracy.
Maintain adherence to safety, security, and company standard operating procedures while supporting shift in-charges and peak operations.
Accurately document shipment data and operational transactions, promptly reporting discrepancies or exceptions to uphold service quality and compliance.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays; basic English reading and computer/scanner usage skills required.
Familiar with shipment handling processes including scanning, sorting, and data entry within logistics or warehousing settings.
Capable of following strict operational procedures and safety standards while supporting collaborative team environments.
Able to work under shift-based schedules with operational discipline, punctuality, and consistent adherence to company policies.
