Oversee administration and monitoring of Central Compliance policies including Personal Account Dealing, Conflicts of Interest, and Gifts, Entertainment and Hospitality.
Provide advisory support and training to employees on compliance policies and manage related investigations and breach responses.
Support reporting, system configuration, and delivery of Annual Compliance Certification, including managing compliance queries and maintaining employee support tools.
2 to 5 years experience in Financial Services within Compliance, Risk, Advisory, or a second-line-of-defence function.
Experience with Central Compliance or Compliance Control Room functions (e.g. administering employee compliance systems like StarCompliance) is desirable but not mandatory.
Must be able to commit to UK business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm), based in Bengaluru.
Technological proficiency with MS Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Experienced in compliance advisory roles interacting with multiple levels of employees within a financial services context.
Skilled in multitasking and managing priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic compliance environment.
Comfortable working collaboratively with global teams and vendors to maintain and enhance compliance systems.
