Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily scrum, sprint planning, review, and retrospectives ensuring full team engagement.
Coach the team and support Product Manager in release planning while removing impediments to maintain smooth Scrum process.
Foster an Agile culture by promoting collaboration, cross-training, transparency, and continuous improvement within the Scrum team.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Agile Development with at least 1 successfully delivered project as Scrum Master using Scrum methodology.
