Serve as the primary post-sale technical and commercial point of contact for assigned cybersecurity enterprise accounts.
Drive customer engagement and retention through relationship management, QBRs/ABRs/EBRs, triaging security findings, and technical advisory.
Own revenue growth by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, ensuring on-time renewals, and collaborating with partners and internal teams.
3+ years experience in cybersecurity client-facing roles such as Account Management, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Security Consulting.
Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts like threat intelligence, digital risk protection, and attack surface management.
Willingness and ability to travel at least 60% to customer sites.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Proven track record engaging and influencing senior stakeholders including CXOs and CISOs in enterprise environments.
Ability to independently interpret security alerts and conduct technical walkthroughs/demos without heavy engineering support.
Experience managing renewals, driving upsells, and working with regulated sectors (BFSI preferred but not mandatory).
